Bogan shire welcomes four new Aussies

Four new Australians were presented with some Aussie gifts.

Bogan Shire welcomed four new Australians last week, with Virginia Tindugan Badon, Ngaire Booth, Lijuan Chen, and Li Chang participating in a citizenship ceremony at the July council meeting. Bogan Shire Council’s mayor Glen Neill performed the ceremony and welcomed the four new citizens at the start of the meeting. Each of the four was presented with some uniquely Australian gifts, including a native tree propagated in the Bogan Shire Bush Care nursery.
