Last week, the Nyngan Community Hub teamed up with Tradies in Sight to hold a social get-together and information day in Davidson Park as part of Tradies in Sight’s Reconnection Tour.

Those that attended caught up with others while enjoying a delicious pulled pork or lamb roll from the Tradies in Sight food van.

Tradies in Sight is a mental health and wellbeing organisation dedicated to supporting tradies in regional NSW. They also support communities facing difficult times. Nyngan is one of the many towns that Tradies in Sight will visit with their Reconnection Tour, welcoming all of the community to get together socially and have conversations while sharing a meal.

Amy Edwards from Catholic Care held a playgroup and provided many activities to entertain children during the event. It was a beautiful sunny morning, and the children had fun being outside in the park.
